Refund Policy
At Straight Outta YAA, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom tumblers. Because each item is personalized and handcrafted specifically for you, our refund policy is designed to be
fair while reflecting the custom
nature of our work.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the customized and hygiene-sensitive nature of our drinkware, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect design choices made during the ordering process.
Processing Your Claim
Once your claim is received, we will inspect the photos and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, a replacement will be prioritized in our production queue. If a replacement is not
possible, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Items that show signs of personal use. Damage caused by improper care
(e.g., dishwasher use if marked hand-wash only).
Items reported after the 48-hour delivery window.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund under the following specific circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects:
If the product has a functional defect (e.g., vacuum seal failure).
Design Errors:
If the physical product does not match the approved design (e.g., spelling errors
made by our team).
Transit Damage:
If the item is damaged during the shipping process.
Reporting an Issue
To report a problem, please follow these steps within 48 hours of receiving your delivery:
Send an email to our support team with your Order Number in the subject line.
Attach clear, high-resolution photographs of the issue (and the original packaging if the item was damaged in transit). Provide a brief description of the defect or error.
