Thank you for choosing Straight Outta YAA. We take great pride in crafting each order to

the highest standard. Because our tumblers are handcrafted and customized, please

review our shipping guidelines below.

**IMPORTANT**

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL),

Straight Outta YAA is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.

While we will assist in providing tracking details to help you file a claim, we cannot

guarantee delivery dates as they are solely managed by the carrier.

All items are made to order. Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days. During

peak seasons or high-energy event launches, processing may take up to 10 business

days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your

order has been

dispatched.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are

calculated based on weight and destination. Please ensure your shipping address is

accurate; we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

We love our global community! Please note that international orders may be subject to

import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the sole

responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may occasionally cause delays

beyond our original delivery estimates.

We inspect every tumbler before it leaves our "Yard." However, if your item arrives

damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our official

support email with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
